A technical support representative is responsible for helping customers with their product related queries / issues over the phone.

It involves using product knowledge, language and soft skills to ensure customer requests are addressed in the best possible manner keeping the defined guidelines in mind.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical support calls small and medium business customers
  • To provide world class support to our clientele in answering to their queries and providing resolution to their issues / queries.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English to be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. a graduate from any eductional institute
