ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will work closely with the senior management team to develop a strategic Human Resources plan, help identify and execute people initiatives, and look into and address challenging or complex HR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with KIS Group objectives and values
Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Oversee performance management processes and procedures such as performance reviews and goal setting
Develop and manage compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with industry
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related
5+ years of experience in human resources
Strong knowledge of labour laws and
Excellent communication and interpersonal
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and
Strong leadership and management
