a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry. They are now looking for a
Senior Executive People Hiring to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media etc.
Preference:
- Bilingual Arabic/Englishspeaker
- Immediate Joiner
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.) and also familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
