    Cette belle Agence dans le secteur du Marketing promotionnel est à la recherche de leur futur.e Sales pour accompagner leurs clients grands comptes.

    L'entreprise est la filiale du leader ibérique du marketing promotionnel, avec un siège à Madrid et des bureaux à Barcelone, Lisbonne, au Mexique, au Guatemala et en Colombie.

    Lancée depuis deux ans en France, cette start-up parisienne bénéficie de l'appui d'un siège madrilène en pleine croissance (200 collaborateurs).

    Ils aident les plus grandes marques dans leurs campagnes de récompense clients/collaborateurs : promotion des ventes (cadeaux, codes promos, jeux-concours) ; plateformes d'incentives ou de fidélisation.

    Description du poste et des missions

    Les missions :
    • Elargir leur scope de prospects en générant vous-même des contacts grâce à leurs outils de prospection (vous avez carte blanche)
    • Prendre en main un portefeuille de clients existants, et les accompagner dans leurs projets actuels et futurs.
    • Assurer des présentations auprès des prospects et clients lors de rendez-vous, et générer des briefs en proposant des offres sur mesure.
    • Être force de proposition et guider vos clients dans leur stratégie de marketing opérationnel.
    • Gérer le portefeuille client que vous aurez su constituer.
    • Générer des Up-sell et Cross-sell auprès des clients existants.
    • Etablir un pont de communication entre vos clients et nos équipes projet.

    Vous êtes...

    • Vous avez déjà des expériences commerciales en agence (marketing ou communication), idéalement dans le marketing promotionnel.
    • Chasseur dans l'âme, désireux de créer votre propre portefeuille ou d'étoffer celui que vous possèdez déjà.
    • Attiré(e) par le défi, désireux de marquer l'histoire de votre empreinte.
    • Un(e) expert de la prospection. Les CRM, séquenceurs et autres outils de prospection vous sont déjà familiers.
    • Autonome et doté de capacités d'apprentissage
    • Déterminé(e) et résilient(e)
    • A l'aise en anglais, et/ou idéalement en espagnol
