    administratives et financi res vari es, dans diff rents domaines de lassistance technique de Plac sous l autorit du
    directeur, lAssistant(e) polyvalent(e) est charg de :

    Profil

    LAssistant(e) polyvalent(e) effectue des travaux de suivi et de gestion financi re de DE-NETWORK, et aura aussi des missions li es la
    communication de la Il/elle remplit des missions administratives et financi res vari es, dans diff rents domaines de lassistance technique de Plac sous l autorit du
    directeur, lAssistant(e) polyvalent(e) est charg de :

    Mission n 1 : Gestion comptable
    R ceptionner, diter les factures et les imputer en comptabilit
    Enregistrer les critures comptables
    Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires
    G rer les devis fournisseurs
    Effectuer le lettrage des comptes
    Contr ler les comptes
    Contr ler les critures comptables par l interm diaire des process mis en place
    Participer la cl ture des comptes
    Effectuer les t ches administratives directes en lien avec la comptabilit et les outils qui
    y sont li s
    Mission n 2 : Gestion banque / Mises en paiement
    G rer le paiement de l ensemble des charges de la structure (salaires, cotisations,
    factures,)
    Effectuer les t ches administratives diverses en lien avec la gestion bancaire
    Mission n 3 : Gestion financi re
    Effectuer le suivi des conventions et contrats de prestation avec flux financier
    Contr ler les bilans financiers
    Participer aux demandes de subventions et bilans
    Effectuer les t ches administratives diverses en lien avec la gestion financi re
    Mission n 4 : Gestion des fournitures
    G rer les commandes de fournitures administratives
    G rer les commandes de timbres/enveloppes La Poste
    G rer les inventaires et stocks
    G rer la logistique des fournitures re ues

    Mission n 5 : Gestion administrative
    Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant
    G rer les parapheurs pour les signatures Direction, factures
    tablir les bordereaux d envoi de courriers
    Organiser le service financier (traitement, classement, archivage)
    tre l interlocuteur des fournisseurs
    Traitement de la pr paration des paies et de certaines t ches administratives.
    Administratif Communication (niveau secondaire
    Animation/actualisation du site internet (veille sur l actualisation des contenus,
    information/relance du comit de direction, int gration des nouveaux contenus,
    relation avec le prestataire en cas de probl mes techniques, )
