Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Compliance & AML Specialist to be responsible for all compliance tasks.

In this role, your responsibilities will include reviewing compliance systems and monitoring and collecting information relating to the compliance of the organization and its products with the latest regulations and best in class standards.


What you'll do

  • Optimize compliance systems & rules within the organization
  • Maintain accurate compliance systems & records
  • Draft regular reports and updates to senior management
  • Work with automated tools that monitor suspicious activity
  • Handle Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") requirements

Qualifications:


What you'll need

  • A degree in law, accounting, finance, or a related field may be preferred.
  • 34 years' experience working in compliance, audit, regulatory, law, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Central Bank and Financial Regulatory Authority ("FRA") compliance frameworks and AML laws and regulations.
  • Experience in drafting reports.
  • Basic Excel and Google sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detailoriented.
