Job Description Summary

The Country Lead will work with energy to motivate and drive this service vision to become a reality.
They will work closely with the Transformation Lead for the region to deliver the change program.

This will include the management of a large-scale people and culture change, resetting the skillset and competencies that are required to prepare us for a win at the retender.

Embodying the JLL 'Must wins', the Country Lead will always look to optimise structure and efficiencies, drive continuous improvement through technology and data, enhance our service delivery, put ESG at the heart of everything we do and work to ensure we have motivated and energised delivery team.

This role will be ideally suited to an experienced leader of teams in a service delivery role.

The Country Lead will take full ownership for the client relationship, operations, and delivery of FM services within our client's high-profile property portfolio.

What this job involves
Ensuring an exceptional & memorable service is provided to our client's employees and their guests.


Ability to build a meaningful relationship with senior executives, you must be a proactive communicator with all key stakeholders within JLL and the clients organisation.


Be a leading role working with business stakeholders to ensure that a "community feel" is present and visible across the building.

Lead and develop the FM team, supporting them in their day-to-day operations in delivering the service and supporting their career development and pathway


Support the strategic vision of the JLL contract journey and ensure that the vision and strategy is clearly communicated, understood and executed by the team.

Liaising with the team and other key stakeholders ensuring they are fully informed about operational updates, processes, and account wide objectives so that they feel part of the wider account team and indeed the wider JLL

'Lead the charge' within the team to move services in a digital and experience direction

Challenge the status quo and be prepared to change processes and procedures to improve building and facilities management.

Proactive management, through improving speed to execute, hitting planned and reactive SLA's and increased customer satisfaction

Be responsible for the P&L and overall performance delivery of Egypt while managing the performance and output of the FM teams in line with contractual KPI's and SKPI's,

Manage financial approvals, ensuring ownership of the budget and responsible management of spend, including planned and rechargeable elements.


Be Safe Aware - carry out audits and inspections in line with JLL business management systems and standard processes and ensure the actions database is updated on a regular basis.


Own and deliver Energy & Sustainability targets across the portfolio including Energy reduction and working with the environmental teams to raise awareness and ensure optimum recycling for all sites.

Desired skills and experience for this job
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams within a fast-paced service delivery environment, with the acumen to manage performance of the delivery team

Experienced in client relationship management

Experience in high-end service environment

Able to demonstrate previous experience of identifying and improving customer experience through collaboration with key stakeholders

Experience in managing a P&L and budgets through financial analysis skills

The ability to learn technical skills quickly and at the right level to lead a team of technical experts

Able to bring clarity, perspective, and oversight to account teams across different service lines.

Able to demonstrate strong presentation, interaction, and written & verbal communication skills with a wide range of clients and stakeholders

Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems

Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services

Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
