Understands and Follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts with in a specific governmental sector. Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all business lines. Identifies potential accounts through client assessments and client needs assessments. Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts of competitors' problems, goals, needs and issues accordingly assists accounts in identifying needs, defining solutions and selecting the right products and services. Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals. Coordinated the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g project managers, customer support engineers, etc.) to ensure a synergistic company wide approach to the account. Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization. Coordinates with business units to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders. Monitors efficiency of the after Sales Service concerning relevant accounts in coordination with Customer Support Function. Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns

  • Similar and relevant work experience. 35 years of experience i the sales field for Government Sector is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Good Computer skills
