Report major incidents within agreed OLA to incident management team when required and ensure incident report completion.

  • Maintain and update technical documents.

Requirements:


  • 24 years experience in IT, with at least 2 years in banking IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent analytical skills & problemsolving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows server & Linux
  • Redhat certified is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of oracle SQL.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with log4j is a plus.
  • Good communication skills able to deliver complex technical information in a clear simple manner.
