Perform root-cause analysis for major incidents and document them thoroughly.


Requirements:


  • 46 years experience in IT, with at least 4 years in banking IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent analytical skills & problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows server & Linux
  • Redhat certified is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with log4j is a plus.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting & crontab automation.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform is a plus.
  • Good communication skills able to deliver complex technical information in a clear simple manner.
