Specific Responsibilities:

Sales & Pipeline Management
- Building and managing the sales pipeline from endtoend, including prospecting, lead engagement using tools provided by the company.
- Coverage area will be Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and Egypt for prospecting of leads
- Scoping potential leads, drafting proposal and generating sales for partners from these 4 countries and/or closing this directly for the company.
- Business Development Lead must have the responsibility in providing leads to partners and at the same time close an account for the company from these leads generated.
- Managing all these leads and must know how to operate a CRM system and ensuring that all sales data is updated and inputted in the CRM and managed in a timely fashion.
Growth/Business Development Strategy
- A key player in achieving the sales and business development objectives of the company's growth strategy
- Work within the Growth Team to identify opportunities, develop and execute initiatives to grow the client base.
- Engage with other functional groups within the company to understand the products and services and develop compelling product presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop and initiate strategies to help grow long term relationships with B2B customers, partners and affiliates.
Reporting
- Prepare and present accurate and timely growth, revenue and KPI reports and projections and provide written and verbal presentations to senior executives.
- Leverage data generated within the Growth Team to identify opportunities across the entire sales cycle and for inclusion in reporting metrics.
- Aligning work and covering tasks in line with the Company's regulations and policies according to the need;
- All such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to me from time to time.
Position Requirements:
Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years' related experience in ERP system or SAAS company with experience in dealing with B2B and partnership.
- Bachelor Degree in IT related courses.
- Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
- Excellent work ethics with a strong desire for advancement
- Selfmotivated personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Sales CRM tools
- Familiarity with defined Sales and Business Development Techniques and Strategies
- Knows how to handle objections
- Must be open to work from SundaytoThursday as she or he will be handling 4 countries with different holidays/weekends and able to adjust on the time zone.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- Managment: 1 year (preferred)
