Hill International is looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to cover relevant activities under our rail/metro projects in North Africa

  • Establish, develop and maintain effective EHS management system as per recognized international standards.
  • Multiple jobsite audits, Jobsite Hazard Analysis, Timely corrective action of hazards; Incident investigation and reports for injury and property.
  • Prepare training programme based on the training needs analysis.
  • Formulating and developing health and safety policies and plans.
  • Provide support to all Managing Directors, Senior Managers to properly manage the health and safety during construction of the project.
BSc degree in environmental engineering, or similar

Minimum 18 years professional experience in environmental & social studies in transport projects;
Specific experience in environmental & social requirements according to local law;
Practical knowledge and understanding of EBRD's environmental and social requirements and experience of assistance in their successful implementation.
