  • Providing advice on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business operations, including in connection with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Reviewing and drafting different types of agreements and legal documents.
  • Working closely with the Head of Legal in Egypt and other members of our international legal team to support business growth and operations.
  • Supporting key internal stakeholders in connection with allrelated legal matters.
  • Liaising with external lawyers and other advisers to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and comprehensively.
This role is being handled by the Energean recruitment team and no agency contact is required.
