Dear Sirs,
I am writing to express my interest in the position of School Principal at with over 19 years of experience in international education, holding key leadership roles such as Stage Principal, Academic Coordinator, Curriculum and Assessment Executive, Team Leader, and Teacher, I bring a proven track record of strategic leadership, educational innovation, and a deep commitment to student achievement and staff development.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong capability to design and implement concept-based and inquiry-driven curricula that align with global educational standards. I hold a Master’s in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction Design from the University of the People (2023), and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at UNICAF University, which further deepens my understanding of leadership in diverse and dynamic school environments.
As a certified educator across the full IB continuum (PYP, MYP, and DP), I have effectively guided teaching teams through program implementation, curriculum planning, and assessment strategies that promote high-impact learning. In my current role as Stage Principal and Academic Coordinator, I developed tailored professional development programs for staff to ensure we meet—and often exceed—the rigorous standards of our accrediting bodies, including the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and Cognia. My leadership has been instrumental in successfully navigating school-wide accreditation processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
