  I am Osama Abdullah, I graduated from faculty of engineering Alexandria university in production engineering department. I have a 13 years experience in a different fields

 Establish and update policies, procedures, work instructions and forms to ensure effective and efficient quality management system.

 Qualification of the company for certificates related to the textile industry such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS and GRS certificates.

 Qualification of the company for certificates related to the QMS such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificates.

 Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

 Responsible for document management systems.

 Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

 Assure ongoing compliance with QMS regulatory requirements.

 Write and revise standard operating procedures with the aim of always being able to meet the organization’s quality requirements and standards.

 Reporting on weakness, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions and discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions with the aim of being able to offer optimum quality control and quality guarantees.

 Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections with the aim of achieving continuous improvement of processes.

Continuously inform oneself about the latest trends in quality and keep one’s knowledge up to date in function of new developments with the aim of consolidating one’s credibility by offering a service which is continuously based on up-to-date knowledge.

Educational qualifications: B.Sc. Production Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, June 2010, with Pass degree.
