Sara Aldingawy

I am currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Suez Canal at Ismailia, and fully expect to complete my Ph.D. degree requirements by July 2023. In my dissertation,  I tackle the main theories and perspectives on postcolonialism in literature. I got KPSTT teaching training from BUE. Also, I passed the educational Qualifications Test by Center of Excellence, Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. I am working on improving my conversation skills, that is why I attended many courses, the last one was Say it Right from BUE July 2021.

As a stage supervisor, I mainly focus on monitoring, leading, training, and managing staff. Ensuring that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly. Analyzing existing operations and drawing up improvement plans, providing training to new and existing staff, assisting with recruitment and onboarding. My main objective as a teacher is to motivate my students to develop their learning interests and critical thinking—to establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom.

 I am currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Suez Canal. In addition to my dissertation research, I have other areas that interest me for my future research stem from my goal of applying more analytical theories on contemporary poets. I am working as an English Supervisor and Instructor.
