Samar Anwer

A Project engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a five-year field experience with electrical light current systems and project management, My goal is to find a full-time electrical engineer position and continue to provide electrical testing and engineering services in industrial environments delivering my best potential and upgrading my skills in engineering to meet the demands of the organization.

I've 2.5 years of experience  at I&R Egypt for smart home & automation, •  My responsibilities are:

• Analyzing of security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm).

• Interface with customers and perform analysis of business challenges, blueprint and accomplishes product presentations. 

• Collaborate with project teams & managers to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost outreach.

Currently I am working for Sumitomo Electric as a project engineer for 2 years now. My responsibilities are: 

• Qualify/validate new machine purchases and review all layout drawings. • Participates in the troubleshooting, modification and repair of existing manufacturing equipment in order to improve methods and equipment operation to reduce costs and improve quality.

• Provides technical support and assistance to maintenance personnel, production supervision and operators by creating workmanship standard to facilitate the process for operators. 

 • Ensures implementation of manufacturing procedures according to company safety and regulatory standards. • Implements preventative maintenance programs. 

• Conducts formal and informal meetings to recommend and monitor proposals / projects. • Conduct cost reduction activities for product by decreasing material used costs by 4%. 

• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. 

• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. 

• Carry on VA/VE vale analysis/vale engineering activities interpreting customer demands and assuring best results obtained.

 • Establishing field test methods for monitoring the defects lowering defect ratio to 0%.
