Over 18 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of Engineering project within area of assigned responsibility; planning and formulation of Engineering program and organizing project staff according to project requirements; assigning project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, preparation of specifications and technical plans, in accordance with Engineering disciplines of staff; coordinating activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving Engineering design and test problems; directing integration of technical activities and products; evaluating and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; controlling expenditures within limitations of project budget; preparing interim and completion project reports.

Responsibilities include: providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship; serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Company’s President & CEO; serving as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; overseeing special projects; completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including: completing reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; providing a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
