monitors project actual costs, determine and analyse cost variances and presenting the Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled, Budgeted Cost for Work Performed, Actual Cost for Work Scheduled, Actual Cost for Work Performed and Cost Performance Index.Participates in preparing cost reports and maintains records of actual cost elements (materials, equipment, manpower) to use in the Project Close-Out Report and to provide feedback to tendering department.

And i have 5 years experience in design concrete buildings and tanks.
