Aware of FSSC and BRC specifications 

Aware of ISO 22000 and PRP

Hold a training at food processing plants such as americana for frozen fruits and vegetables executing GMP practices and HACCP program, then in Rashid elmizan there we knew about ISO 22000 and its fundamentals and how to define and reduce food safety hazards also application of PRP,

Third training was in Food way plant in which we knew about FSSC and BRC standards specifications and what are the principles of each and how to implement 

,Then application of Quality control and Quality assurance and the role of each department, estimating the CCP point and diffrentiate from OPRP.
