In my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse roles that have allowed me to develop a broad skill set. I served as an Operations and Treasury Manager at Najaf Restaurant in Cairo, where I was responsible for streamlining operations, managing inventory, and implementing quality and safety protocols. This role helped me enhance my organizational and leadership abilities, contributing to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I also volunteered as a Social Media Specialist with Amnick, where I led social media management initiatives that boosted brand visibility and engagement. My responsibilities included developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online presence and community interaction.

Currently, I am working at Orange Telecommunications in Egypt as an Internal Sales Representative. In this role, I am involved in customer service and sales operations, where I am committed to enhancing the customer experience and helping achieve sales targets.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the New Cairo Higher Institute for Administrative Sciences and Computer Sciences. I am in my second year and expect to graduate in 2026. My coursework has included subjects like system theory, database management, and cybersecurity, which have provided me with a solid foundation in IT. Additionally, I have complemented my formal education with online courses in web development and digital marketing to broaden my technical skills and knowledge.
