- Leading a team consists of 12 Supervisors and up to 240 operators and technicians during shift-based system.
- Created a project of Powder Scrap Follow-Up through all process to implement the best control on 
Scrap by using 6 Sigma Tools and Lean Manufacturing.
- Set a Micro Production Plan on daily basis (Assigning Machines, Technicians and Operators).
- Ensure that all processes fully comply to ISO & HACCP systems.
- Update the report which control the Machine-people combination efficiency to get the best control.
- Control the new ERP System (Infor) with a team consists of all company’s departments.

- Uniformity Department.
Switched from 4-Sigma to 6-Sigma to lower variabilities of the process using 6 Sigma tools and 
Statistics by applying it on Mechanical-Electrical Machines/Systems and study each system 
controlling.
Implement Projects with IT to collect the data on Process Controlling System then create Dynamic/Live dashboard 
to trace the performance of MCs & Operators using rational subgrouping.
Achieved Production Plan in the Inspection Department to minimize accumulation during the inspection process.

- Explored how process of planning is carried out to get better products for customers in a right
time, studied important mechanical components, and focused on process.

- Work on desalination studies and inspect required tools/techniques (material science).

- Explored production line of Aerosol cans, learning how the automatic production lines work,
and gained knowledge about how supplies are managed.

- Explored the design of production lines of concrete, and some machines, in addition, gained
