Hala Elkhateb

In my previous experiences, I have had the opportunity to work on a range of projects that have allowed me to showcase my creative abilities and attention to detail. As a freelancer at MEEM Exhibit, I created visual effects for a commercial advert, including the modeling, sculpting, texturing and animation of 3D assets. I composited digital effects with real footage. Moreover, I also had the chance to work as an intern at Braun Buffel, where I pitched ideas, created and animated realistic 3D versions of their products for promotional videos. Currently freelancing as a 3D artist, allows me to participate in a variety of projects and cater my skills to the vision of my client. These experiences have equipped me with a strong understanding of the production process and the ability to collaborate effectively with directors, clients, and fellow artists.

I recently graduated with a BA (HONS) degree in VFX and Concept Design from Asia Pacific University and Staffordshire University. Throughout my academic journey, I have honed my skills in Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Pixologic Zbrush, Substance Painter, and other industry-standard software. My expertise lies in creating visually stunning and realistic 3D assets, character modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation. I am also currently learning Unreal Engine, as it is a significant software for any production.
