As a process and quality manager Iam interested in using methodologies and techniques that improve process performance especially six sigma for process improvement methodology, line balancing theory and lean philosophy to eliminate waste ,Assist that process matching demand and quality required by analyses given data to reach root causes that cause variation in process. work with other staff to establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets.

Responsibilities

  Drive continuous improvement related to quality  Maintains quality Systems. 

 Maintains ISO certification.  Responsible for containment activities.  Follows up to ensure issues are resolved 

 Testing and validating product processes and procedures. 

 Audits compliance with regulations and certifications

  Maintains and execute Process Control Plans. 

 Develop Quality Alerts. 

 Analyze Statistical process control data. 

 Teaches and models the use of quality tools 

 Analyze material certifications for all incoming raw materials.

  Manages Supplier Quality Issues. 

 Monitors Quality Key Performance indicators KPI and Cost of poor quality COPQ
