• Receives client’s requests, performing initial checks to make sure that the application is correctly filled with what the customer wants and confirm that it maintains the authorized signatories.

• Scanning the received requests and applications in appropriate systems.

• Maintain proper records.

• Receives the documents whether it’s related to documentary credit or non-documentary credit from the clients or through other banks.

• Ensure that all documents have no errors in filenames or submissions.

• Effectively follow the bank standard operating procedures in submissions of documents.

• Timely escalation of issues and concerns to the Management team to mitigate any potential impact.

• Handling client queries and ensure they are responded to the satisfaction of customers.

• Manage and perform the daily control activities of Trade operations covering all product offerings.

• Ensure handling the special agreement within the agreed SLA’s between HBEG and their GTRF custome
