I have been working in the human resources field for over 15 years and have extensive experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.

My most recent position was as an HR Manager at a construction company with a headcount of more than 2000 where I managed all aspects of HR for a staff of more than 40 employees. I was responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training sessions on various topics, managing employee relations issues, and providing guidance to managers on how to handle difficult situations with their employees.

I have a bachelor degree in Accounting English section from Ain shams university 2005 and MBA in business administration from IBSS 2020
