Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Manages the Worley team directly engaged with supporting the Owner in Configuration and Change Management (C&CM) processes
  • Communicates with the Owner's personnel responsible for C&CM processes
  • Supports the Owner in developing and implementing C&CM governing documents manuals, guidelines, procedures, instructions, etc., by mentoring the Owner's personnel and providing onthejob training
  • Supports the Owner in implementing configuration management on the nuclear facilities
  • In conjunction with Worley's Information Manager, supports the Owner in identifying and implementing an electronic configuration management system
  • Supports the Owner in managing changes in the nuclear facilities design
  • Supports the Owner in establishing C&CM processes in the Contractors' management systems
  • Manages the Worley team supporting the Owner in managing engineering changes
  • Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to configuration and change management
  • Coordinates with Owner and Worley project management team to ensure proper support in configuration and change management for the project
  • Coordinates C&CM work effectively with other project disciplines

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Formal change management accreditation is an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a nuclear facility and/or new NPP project

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage issues to closure in a multicultural, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to communicate, influence and persuade without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Arabic and/or Russian is a plus
  • Considerable experience providing advice and consultation to senior leadership
  • A skilled influencer with the ability to bring different stakeholders together
