    • Excellent communication in speaking, writing and reading English.
    • Bachelor Degree is required.
    • Aware of different People & Culture functions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.

    Job Functions

    • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
    • Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.
    • Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from P&C systems.
    • Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
    • Maintain lockers through weekly walk through and checks.
    • Ability to implement and assist in all governmental process (Labor office, Insurance office, Health insurance office, Immigration Office.)
    • The ability to generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, new hire, and termination lists.
    • The ability to process a terminated employee.
    • The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.
    • The ability to assist in coordinating all employee related functions including Christmas party, children's party, theme days, picnic, etc.
    • Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.
    • Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
    • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
    • Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.
    • Assist in all payroll records for proper signature.
    • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
