(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you are the leader and end-to-end owner of one of our product segments and dedicated to driving its You are the product, customer, and market expert for the rest of the organization inside your You are responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, delivering outcomes that achieve the financial and customer satisfaction

Your mission:

• Make your Product a success - Manage with a high scale of freedom the product life-cycle (discovery, ideation, prioritization, delivery, and follow-through), generating valuable results that drive growth and profitability
• Work on the right things - Determine and prioritize the right initiatives by understanding customer pain points, company strategy, market trends, and competitive activity
• Perform great in an A-level team - Define requirements, write/communicate effective user stories, and manage your scope Work together with a cross functional team of engineers, designers, and metal experts to solve problems, deliver new solutions and iterate existing initiatives
• Make customers the center - Engage with customers through multiple channels and serve as the customer voice inside the Guarantee an outstanding customer experience and value

Your profile:

• Bachelor s or an advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, marketing or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in Software Product Management and complex web technologies, ideally in the customer facing scopes of ecommerce, digital products, or similar online businesses
• Strong capabilities in customer-centric optimizations, funnel/cycle analysis, automations, and system integrations
• Excellent analytical skills, with 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, pivot tables or similar
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English, being able to interact with stakeholders inside and outside the company
• Enjoy working on a complex product while being entirely passionate for technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing You challenge the status quo everyday and strive to improve our products and services
• Hands-on approach to find solutions and accept ownership of your own work Feel comfortable with a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
