Job summary
We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Accor. As a pioneer in responsible hospitality, we gather over 45 brands, 5,600 hotels, 10,000 restaurants, and lifestyle destinations worldwide.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of related work experience or 2 years in the same position. They should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications. Good command of systems/legislation is also required.
The successful candidate will lead the food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand's business strategy,
- Create an atmosphere that meets or exceeds guest expectations
- Hire food & beverage leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise
- Control food and beverage operations according to Rixos Hotels Egypt management principles
