Job summary
This position is set for Process & Customer service director (inside Satellite Factory).The owner works with divisions' GPO's to adapt build processes and ensure highest level practices in the teams.As Customer Service Director you are responsible to ensure excellence of Satellite Customer Service Management.Responsibilities
- In country transversal Manager of Satellite Factory team in Cairo
- Lead key transversal projects like obsolescence project
