You are about to apply for a certified Top Employer 2026 Ready to be part of one of the Market Leaders in Egypt Apply now Raya Smart Buildings one of Raya s subsidiaries is hiring a Mall operations Senior Supervisor What you will do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures ensuring compliance by tenants staff and guests Handle guest/tenant complaints inquiries resolving issues promptly ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate with tenants regarding sales report rent collection any contract-related matters Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any operations concerns take appropriate actions Prepare reports updates on the mall s operations including financial operational performance management review Responsible for permissions update based on feedback received from finance other functions Manage office administrative tasks office boy Skills What you will need Excellent leadership problem-solving skills Strong communication interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Management Information Systems Ability to work independently prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge Property Management maintenance lease agreement Familiarity fire Safety regulations risk Management Ability flexible hours evenings weekends holidays Bachelor s degree Business Administration Hospitality Management related field Minimum years experience in operations management preferably retail industry Location Giza Al Jizah Country Code EG
