Job summary
Design and develop new products including integration of mechanical thermal and electrical subsystems create 3D models technical drawings and product documentation using CAD software PTC Creo evaluate new product concepts through prototyping and initial validation testing collaborate with local international cross functional teams from concept to launch select appropriate materials components to meet product requirements based on emerging trends regulations prepare technical samples for laboratory testing certification marketing customer needs approval manage engineering change requests throughout the product lifecycle coordinating launching new product variants on production lines analyzing feedback from production quality field identify improvement opportunities solve potential market feedback proposing validating implementing design modifications enhance product reliability manufacturability cost effectiveness maintaining technical documentation ensuring traceability changes established change control processes industrialization support transfer designs production creating BOM work instructions small related tooling facilitating operator training pilot runs documenting trial runs authoring trial reports managing collective approval production knowledge skills abilities job requirements perfect candidate flexibility navigating change genuine commitment personal professional growth receptive attitude toward ideas feedback diverse perspectives strong teamwork communication skills ability work independently take initiative assume full ownership assigned tasks results proactive inquisitive mindset drive explore improve products technologies processes practical problem solving approach readiness engage directly design testing environments desired candidate profile same qualifications experience languages computer skills etc.
