    Job Objective:
    We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with expertise in Charging systems to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for designing developing and configuring changes and workflows on our Charging platform. You will also perform testing deployment operations and support activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our Charging systems.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Review requirements and validate technical feasibility.
    • Assess change requests for feasibility and implement them within defined time cost and quality parameters.
    • Define new network elements in the provisioning flow or commands.
    • Perform business configuration in the adapter or any provisioning interface to meet the defined business requirements.
    • Define or update provisioning flows and related notifications for business products according to agreed SLAs.
    • Ensure all submitted new Charging configurations undergo unit testing.
    • Test new patches/software in the test environment and share reports with the customer.
    • Perform system health checks application checks and product configuration checks on a regular basis.
    • Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for raised incidents and support the implementation of solutions for any failures.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required in collaboration with the business teams.
    • Perform periodic diagnostic tests on the system to prevent service disruptions.
    • Attend respond to and handle tasks assigned via prescribed channels within the agreed response time and resolution quality defined in the SLA.
    • Resolve tickets related to charging in accordance with agreed SLAs.
    • Maintain charging network diagrams and associated call flows.
    • Maintain the charging system architecture workflows and ensure detailed design documentation is available for all projects.
    • Create and maintain adequate documentation for all support activities.
    • Report tasks and issues in a timely manner providing suggested solutions.
    • Generate reports on charging statistics such as total requests success rates failure rates etc.
    • Research and evaluate new development technologies and trends to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Interface with customers maintain good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications (Education & Work Experience):

    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

    Job Requirements (Skills and Licensing/Certification Required):

    • Experience with SurePay charging system.
    • Proficiency in designing developing configuring and deploying charging configurations.
    • Handson experience in debugging charging issues.
    • Preferred experience with BSS applications like billing charging and mediation.
    • Ability to apply systems analysis techniques and procedures to identify and resolve charging system issues.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills to investigate performance issues and outages.
    • Deep understanding of charging concepts in telecom operator networks and their importance.
    • Development experience using Java C# or any objectoriented programming language.
    • Strong handson experience with databases and SQL development.
    • Proficiency in shell scripting and UNIX fundamentals.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
