Job summary
The Shopping Experience Assistant - Ecommerce is responsible for providing an efficient customer channel to handle and process customer feedback and inquiries related to e-commerce activities.The assistant also coordinates with different departments to provide seamless service delivery and maintains high standards representing the IKEA brand.
- Respond to all e-commerce customer queries (email, chat, social media, calls) promptly and courteously,
- Investigate and resolve order-related issues like delivery delays cancellations refunds product issues professionally,
- Handle customer complaints efficiently escalate when necessary communicate clearly with customers about order status policies resolutions capture log customer feedback in CRM system for service improvement prepare daily weekly resolution reports management review coordinate logistics store payment teams resolve ecommerce issues smoothly monitor update order management systems track issue progress ensure closure ensure adherence ecommerce SOPs policies refund exchange procedures identify recurring issues suggest process improvements management provide bilingual communication English Arabic required for customer interactions
