English Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

As a Technical Support Advisor, you'll be our valued customers' first point of contact, ensuring their success with our products/services. You'll wear many hats – troubleshooting technical issues, providing clear guidance, and going the extra mile to delight users. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving positive brand experiences.

Requirements :

• Fluent in English is a must
• Technology-related Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of relevant technical work experience (For L1)
• Technology-related Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant technical work experience OR 7+ years of relevant technical work experience (For L2)
• Flexible working from our site in Smart Village if needed
• Ready to start in May
• Soft skills are a must

Technical Requirements :

• Systems Administration and Enterprise Architecture
• Compute, Database, and Storage
• Networking and Security
• Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service
• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Operations
• Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC), scripting, automation, and workflows
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Exposure to Cloud computing, and security concepts / best practices
• Familiarity with IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH, Network Monitoring Troubleshooting tools
• Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
• Scripting or programming/scripting experience in languages (Java, Python, Bash, and/or JavaScript)
