Job Summary
Provide first-line support for ERP system users across various departments ensuring smooth day-to-day operations troubleshoot issues related to ERP screens user roles data entry errors transaction processing analyze and resolve SQL-related issues including basic query adjustments data verification simple troubleshooting monitor and escalate application performance issues bugs system errors senior team when necessary.
+Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science Is preferred
- 1 to 3 years' experience
