    Job Summary

    To be able to be successful as an Technical Presales Consultant within Smpl ID, we think you need the knowledge and education described below. If you don't exactly meet these criteria, but you still think you are a great match Let us know, we happily like to be challenged and persuaded.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with clients' various stakeholders to interpret and evaluate business requirements and propose technology solutions.
    • Transform business requirements into consistent technical flows into agreed timeframes.
    • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
    • Identify the need/opportunity for new platform features and functionality and bring it to the attention of product management.
    • Preparing Business Cases and related Service Descriptions.
    • Participating in sales and presales meetings and occasionally pitching at the CXO level
    • Proactively scoped the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assessing customers met and unmet needs and recommending solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
    • Securing input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the client.
    • Adapting solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of 3 years experience in a similar role, working in IT Security, Specifically the IAM/PAM domain.
    • BSc in Computer Sciences or equivalent
    • Experience in software development processes and source control and issue tracking systems.
    • Experience with IAM, Single-Sign-On, external and internal federation, and systems integration.
    • Experience with Java or .NET is a must
    • Good knowledge/skills in Access Management/SSO/Federation systems.
    • Experience with Active Directory-based Integrations.
    • Robust knowledge of Web Access management processes technologies, with emphasis on federation expertise, web services, and SOA.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms.
    • Workshop and facilitation skills (or interest in) would be a big advantage.
    • English (and ideally German) language required.
    • Familiarity with web services, SQL, and networking.
    • Previous experience in requirements gathering design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Pro-active attitude, hands-on, and getting things done.
    • Strong problem-solving and good skills in financial modeling using Excel.
    • Able to perform under pressure to hit tight deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking on various projects.
    • Customer-focused, innovative thinking, self-starter, flexible, highly organized, and strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexible, eager, ambitious, and adaptable to change.
    • Excellent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally under normal circumstances.
