Job Summary
SAMMAN Group is seeking a Senior BIM Electrical & Mechanical Technical Office Engineer for a full-time on-site role based in Cairo Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex Electrical and Mechanical Building Information Modeling BIM processes
- Coordinate and develop BIM models verify mechanical electrical systems designs collaborate with project teams for precise technical execution provide technical support ensure compliance with industry standards review design plans shop drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field required Professional certification in BIM or relevant tools preferred Strong expertise in Maintenance Maintenance & Repair Preventive Maintenance to ensure all equipment operates effectively efficiently Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance Troubleshooting diagnosing resolving technical issues within electrical mechanical systems Extensive knowledge of BIM tools software proven ability to coordinate mechanical electrical designs comply project requirements Excellent problem-solving critical-thinking skills aptitude technical communication collaboration Proven experience similar roles construction electromechanical building services sectors
