Support the sector COE for all tax issues that require advocacy through in depth technical knowledge of tax issues.
Protect and boost PEP-AMENA top and bottom-line financial performance through outstanding PPGA ( Public Policy Government Affairs) tax know-how.
Support sector COE in the development of an AMENA wide tax management/engagement manual in close coordination with corporate PPGA.
Develop scaled credentialed data-based tax advocacy plans, supporting BU work to mitigate impact on AMENA beverage and snacks business.
Develop sector wide strategic alliances with international tax advisers (PWC/Deloitte etc) and experts to reinforce the advocacy. Create sector wide/ multi-region industry coalitions to reinforce advocacy.
Proactively identify tax risks and work with Finance and Strategy to assess potential impact on the business.
Engage with key international/regional stakeholders on tax issues: IMF Staff, GCC Secretariat, National stakeholders with focus on the GCC/Levant markets.
