Manage purchasing of local requirements on a timely and efficient possible way considering the price, quality, and delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise analysis for purchase requisitions to identify specifications and delivery requirements

• Supervise sourcing suitable suppliers and maintain an ongoing relationship

• Establish agreements with local suppliers and supervise purchase orders negotiations

• Maintain regular follow up of ongoing purchase orders to ensure compliance to set agreements

• Supervise supplier's payments in coordination with finance department and apply any deductions due to vendor violations of agreement

• Coordinate with planning department, warehouse and quality reception team delivery dates to ensure readiness to receive and utilize purchased materials

• Resolve billing issues and any conflicts between the company and vendors.

• Conduct vendors' evaluations according to their performance to judge their quality

• Develop frequent reporting of local purchase activities, current status and KPIs
