Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Support Specialist will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues efficiently, and offering friendly assistance. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and maintaining clear and professional communication.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; additional languages are a plus.
