- Engineering graduate (suitable engineering degree Mechanical/ chemical/ Energy/ renewable Energy)
- Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience.
- Initial knowledge of main industrial segments and players in Egypt (Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel....).
- Self-motivated, well organized.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Detailed orientated.
- Comply and actively promote TotalEnergies Safety and Sustainability ambitions & standards through:
- Respecting and appling TotalEnergies HSE Policy and 12 Golden rules to daily operations
- Offer sustainability solutions for customers and generate ideas on how to reduce company CO2 emmissions.
- Support sales team to achieve sales budget through:
- Performing Market Study & maintain competition watch.
- Support technical needs of key customers.
- Offer solutions to help sales team to improve product mix and product upgrades (synthetic sales).
- Actively and dynamically handle customers complaints to resolution.
- Support industrial distributors through carrying sites visits and technical trainings.
- Execute company's industrial Lubricants technical services at designated B2B customers.
- Responsible for the roll out and maintenance of digital tools as developed by Lubricants business line.
- Training – analyse training need (internal and external) and carry out trainings / seminars for B2B customers, industrial distributors and TEME staff.
- Carry out technical training for the customers' staff to promote the quality and value of our lubricants vs competitors.
- Personal activities & follow-up
- Continuously develop new technical tools which support the growth of industrial lubes.
- Submit weekly visit plan & visit report.
- Continuously develop lubricants knowledge, active reading and listening.
