    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative for Languages Speakers located in 6th of October. The Customer Service Representative for Languages Speakers will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues regarding products or services in multiple languages. They will also provide customers with information on company policies and procedures and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative for Languages Speakers will escalate unresolved issues and provide feedback to the company regarding customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
    • Fluency in at least one other language (written and verbal)
    • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
    • Strong typing and data entry skills
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to think creatively and use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
