- Follows hotel standards regarding personal hygiene.
- Minimizes dangers by following all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains a favorable reputation of the Radisson Blu Hotel at all times.
- Completes plumping maintenance work as per Maintenance Repair Orders.
- Monitors performance and adjusts water and drainage systems to obtain maximum efficiency.
- Performs preventive maintenance as per established schedules.
- Installs new piping and equipment as directed.
- Ensures all pipe lines and valves are marked for Emergency and service use.
- Co-operates with and assists other tradesmen when required.
- Any other duties, which could be assigned by the hotel management in the future.
