• Execute MAC SAP PM system in Kiln area and to ensure all maintenance order execute on time and to ensure readiness spare part to support maintenance target with keep monitoring maintenance budget.
• Follow up and optimization of all preventive and corrective tasks to reach the targets of equipment availability / reliability at the lowest sustainable maintenance cost and Improve the efficiency and productivity of each own personnel and third Party service in maintenance through good Planning.
• Ensure spare part availability for repairing equipment is readiness and base on order to ensure the required quality of repair work and generate and follow up purchase request for Spare and wear parts in addition optimization of NMC.
• Monitoring budget, Propose Maintenance budget & Final plan and Make recommendation for repair strategy.

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

• Mandatory Main Task for all: Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself and colleagues by complying with the company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of Occupational Health and Safety at work
• Implement Lafarge Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work (Lafarge employees and contractors)

2-Functional:

Implement MAC-SAP & preventive/predictive maintenance Module.

• Maintain number of work order & notification and Backlog.
• Prioritize the notifications received from condition monitoring department and other creators and issue the corresponding corrective maintenance order.
• Participate in MAC assessment value.
• Participate in RCA meeting of repetitive long time failures and plan for the execution of the corrective actions.
• Assure that all work orders have the required H&S information and that all legal requirements (Safety, Environment, maintenance)
• Participate in FMEA implementation. Weekly scheduling and Shutdown
• Prepare and optimize of the weekly workload balancing.
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of the shutdown Planning (Personnel, Spares, Third party services, Tools, Equipment, Time and Critical Path).
• Monitor and follow up tasks defined in Major shutdown on a daily basis.
• Continuous improvement leads after action review for shutdown or mayor repairs.

Budgeting, Inventory and Cost control

• Control the expenses during work planning as well as work execution according to the approved budget.
