- An appropriate university degree and teaching qualification
- At least 3 years experience of teaching English National Curriculum, KS3 / IGCSE / A-Level / IBDP.
- A passion for teaching and learning and a drive to achieve high standards for all

- Excellent understanding of Maths and how students learn Maths
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
