- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand Andela's services within existing accounts and develop strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive revenue.
- Participate in the sales process, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
- Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client priorities and market trends.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and address client concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate client needs and position Andela effectively.
- Apply expertise from the Andela remote methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote sales engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and solutioning, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
