      • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client priorities and market trends.
      • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and address client concerns.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate client needs and position Andela effectively.
      • Apply expertise from the Andela remote methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote sales engagement.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and solutioning, to ensure seamless client experiences.
      • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
      • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
