• Responsible for fulfilling Chefaa day-to-day orders Including following up with patients and providers for order confirmation or handling any issues
• Provide feedback related to providers within our network
• Follow up with our customers through Chefaa channels, answer questions, and resolve their issues
• Support operations flow through Chefaa's tools.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across operation flow
• Optimise operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to operation flow.
• Perform additional duties where needed
