This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Agent located in New Cairo.
The Airline Customer Service Agent will assist passengers with their inquiries, manage bookings, process ticket reservations, and provide information about flights.
The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complaints, resolving issues, and providing support during the check-in and boarding processes.
Interactions with travelers will require exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor to maintain a positive customer experience.Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English (multilingual capability is a plus).
Proficiency in customer service and relationship management skills; ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
Competence in using computer systems such as booking and reservation platforms; familiarity with airline industry software is advantageous.
Problem-solving aptitude, flexibility, and organizational skills to handle complex and dynamic situations effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or relevant experience in customer service or the airline industry are a plus.
